Junior CRM Manager (m/w/d)
These are the tasks for this position:
- Support of the Global CRM Manager in administrative tasks and the implementation of best practices
- CRM first-line support for Salesforce Managers or IT in the local subsidiaries
- Creation of Veeva & Salesforce reports
- Creation of new users in Veeva & Salesforce
- Territory management in Salesforce
- Support of Veeva roll-out in new countries
- Training of both experienced and new Veeva users and teams
- Communication with third party service providers
These are the requirements you should meet:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical or business science (e.g. Business informatics, economics) or comparable qualification
- Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills and collaborative spirit
- Fluency in English and in German is a must
- Working experience with a CRM system (preferably Veeva/ Salesforce.com) is a plus
- Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical business is beneficial
- Experience in agile management methodologies like SCRUM & KANBAN and tools such as JIRA is a plus
