Junior CRM Manager (m/w/d)
These are the tasks for this position:
- Support of the global CRM Manager in administrative tasks, as well as in the implementation of best practices
- CRM first-line support for Salesforce managers and IT in local subsidiaries
- Creation of Veeva & Salesforce reports
- Setting up new users in Veeva & Salesforce
- Territory management in Salesforce
- Support in the introduction of Veeva in new countries
- Training of experienced and new Veeva users/teams
- Communication with external third-party providers/service providers
These are the requirements you should meet:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration) or a comparable qualification
- Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and team spirit
- Fluent in English and also in German
- Professional experience with a CRM system (preferably Veeva/Salesforce.com) is an advantage
- Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical business is desirable
- Experience with agile management methods such as SCRUM & KANBAN and tools like JIRA is helpful
