The position is to be filled full or part time (min 30 hours).

Your Tasks

  • Continuous optimization of the CRM system and integration of further sales processes globally
  • Product Owner for Bionorica’s CRM System and its processes
  • Define the global CRM-Roadmap according to the Business Strategy
  • Identify relevant use cases of stakeholders and prioritize them according to the roadmap and company vision
  • Manage further developments of the CRM system Salesforce/ Veeva on a global level, working with an international and agile Cross Function Team (Sales, Marketing, IT departments and external Service Providers)
  • Set-up Best Practices in the Bionorica Countries
  • Prepare solid specifications for new features to be developed by our IT team
  • Take ownership of certain important projects, from concept to launch and assessment
  • Project Controlling

Our Expectations

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in a technical or business area (e.g. Business informatics, economics) or comparable qualification
  • Relevant working experience with a CRM system (preferably Veeva/ Salesforce.com)
  • Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in pharmaceutical business
  • Experience in agile management methodologies like SCRUM & KANBAN and tools such as JIRA
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German and/or Russian is a plus
  • Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills and collaborative spirit
